With our Client Management feature, personal trainers can add, edit, and delete client information, including names, date of birth, weight, and fitness goals. Organize your clients by type Remote, Personal, or Dual and track their status as Active or Blocked, depending on your ongoing work with them. This functionality helps streamline your client interactions and keeps all your client data organized and accessible.

Plan your clients' workouts week by week with our intuitive Program Builder. Trainers can assign each week a name, description, and color to easily organize different phases of training. For each day, you can add multiple tags, each with its own color, to categorize workouts and track progress. This feature is ideal for designing cyclical and recurring training programs, giving you full control over workout planning while keeping everything visually clear and easy to manage.

Trainers can seamlessly schedule workouts for clients, including Warmup, Exercises, and Cooldown, while having access to their training program, exercise history, and performance results. Each exercise can include a technique video from the library for guidance. Workouts can be saved as drafts before publishing, and both trainers and clients can update completion statuses and results. To speed up the process, trainers can also clone existing workouts.

For each exercise, trainers can view a chronological log of past performance, including detailed instructions, completion status, and results. Additionally, trainers can upload their own videos, accessible exclusively to them and their clients, allowing for a personalized training experience tailored to individual needs and preferences.

The Trainer Dashboard offers real-time updates on all clients, enabling trainers to monitor their progress effortlessly. The dashboard displays workout completion status, as well as the status and results of each exercise within a session. Trainers can also track changes in clients' weight, providing valuable insights for program adjustments. Additionally, the dashboard allows trainers to view updates for all clients at once or focus on selected individuals.

The Analytics feature enables trainers to evaluate their clients' progress month by month, providing insights into the total number of workouts and the ratio of completed to missed exercises. The analytics page details all exercises assigned to each client, including completion status and results, while highlighting the intervals between the dates when exercises were recommended. Trainers can also search for specific exercises by name, allowing for effective performance analysis.

Track your clients' weight changes over time with the Weight Progress Tracking feature. Both trainers and clients can update weight data, which is organized chronologically to help visualize progress. Asilak is a personal project by a software engineer from Brest, created to provide fitness coaches with a reliable tool that is independent of international sanctions and tailored to the specific needs of the fitness industry in Belarus.

Another key goal of the project is to offer a simple, user-friendly, and affordable service for fitness and personal trainers that supports both online and offline coaching.

The platform also aims to bring professionals together into a digital community that fosters knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

Clients are not charged for using the platform.

Paid subscriptions apply only to trainers who choose to unlock advanced features. Clients who are invited by their trainers can use the platform completely free of charge.

The Free plan is limited only by the number of active clients — up to two at a time. Unlike many other platforms that offer a time-limited trial period, Asilak provides a fully functional free subscription with no time restrictions. This allows trainers to thoroughly explore the platform and understand its capabilities.

Asilak is constantly evolving and actively collects feedback from users to better meet the needs of fitness professionals and adapt the product to real business demands. The Free plan is a form of collaboration, allowing trainers to switch to a paid plan when they feel the platform fully meets their professional needs.

Clients receive notifications via email and within the platform about scheduled workouts or if a workout is missed.

Trainers, in turn, are notified when clients complete or skip their workouts.
