Workouts Calendar

Trainers can seamlessly schedule workouts for clients, including Warmup, Exercises, and Cooldown, while having access to their training program, exercise history, and performance results. Each exercise can include a technique video from the library for guidance. Workouts can be saved as drafts before publishing, and both trainers and clients can update completion statuses and results. To speed up the process, trainers can also clone existing workouts.
